# II. How to Import Bills
- Place bills from other platforms into your phone, keeping the format as the original source bill format.
- Go to the "Settings - Bill Import" interface and follow the instructions to import bills.
# III. What If My Bills Are Not from the Platforms Listed Above?
- You can use templates for import.
- Fill out the adaptation import form, iCost Bill Import Adaptation Application (opens new window).
# IV. How to Delete Imported Bills
There is an "Import Records" option where you can view each import record. Click the "Delete" button to delete all bills imported in that session.
# V. Associated Ledger Selection
Imported bills need to be attached to a ledger. By default, the default ledger is selected. If you choose another ledger, the imported bills will appear under that ledger.
# VI. Associated Account Selection
If importing bills from the WeChat platform, you can choose to associate with existing accounts. After setting up associated accounts, the corresponding bills will be directly linked to that account.
If importing data from other platforms, the software will automatically link to an existing account with the same name. If no matching account is found, it will automatically create an "Other Assets" type account. You can set the type of the new account in the account modification settings.
# VII. Other Options
# Account Recognition Based on Tail Numbers
When you enable this option, the program will extract the last 4 digits of the bank card from the account attributes and match them with the last digits of the card numbers in the software's existing account names. If a match is found, that account will be selected.
# VIII. Notes
When importing data from third-party accounting software, account balances may differ from the source software, and manual adjustment of account balances may be required.
