Refund

You can initiate a refund by either swiping left on a single bill or by accessing the refund option in the bill details page.

The refund process involves configuring three parameters:

• Refund Amount
• Refund Crediting Time
• Refund Crediting Account

The refund amount must not be zero, and the refund time cannot precede the original bill's timestamp.
