Enable Sync

App Settings (click on the avatar) - iCloud Sync - Enable Sync.

Check Environment Status

Network

On the iCloud Sync page, the network status will be displayed. If there is a network connection issue, please troubleshoot the network before enabling sync.

iCloud Service Status

If it indicates that iCloud is unavailable, please refer to this iCloud Repair Tutorial for repair before enabling sync.

Check Sync Progress

Sync Status

When there is a substantial amount of data, it will display "Sync in Progress" along with the progress. Please wait for successful sync. If a sync failure occurs, promptly contact customer service to resolve the issue.

Latest Sync Time

The most recent sync time is displayed here. If the time does not update after adding data, try restarting the software or contacting customer service for assistance.
